Even if the word "princess" makes mama gag a little. As in Fairy Princess.
She settles for Power Girl who Power Dances in her Power Dress. And that suits me fine. I can Power Back That Up any day.

I teach kindergarten, and I went as an annoying singing-princess...as in, 'when I sing, the birds come to sing wiiith meeeeee...sometimes they land on my haaaand...and then they pooooop on it!!' That's how I greeted my children in the morning, causing double takes and uproarious laughter. Fun twist. Love your costume!
